Shipping Policy

Patient-specific wellness kits shall be dispatched within 1–2 business days following completion of consultation.

Delivery shall be effected within 5–10 days, contingent upon the Patient’s delivery pin code and courier service.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays attributable to courier services, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
