Refund Policy

Refunds shall be entertained solely prior to the dispatch of the patient-specific wellness kit.

Once a kit has been dispatched to the Patient, no refund, reimbursement, or adjustment shall be permitted, as the kit is prepared exclusively for the Patient and is non-reusable.
